batch of Polenta Base
1
cup water
2
cups of cooked green lentils
1 tbsp. of Arrowroot powder
1
slice of red onion chopped
1
tsp. black pepper
1
tbsp. nutritional yeast
1
tsp. salt (optional)

Measuring
cups and spoons

Ladle
Instructions
- Prepare your Polenta dish and set aside
- Put your cooked lentils into a saucepot with water. Turn heat to medium.
- Add Arrowroot powder with onions, black pepper, and nutritional yeast.
Serve
warm on top of the polenta and top off with your favorite seasonings,
like cayenne, garlic pepper etc.
