Some more creative dishes

Lento-Polento

Serves 2

Materials
1 batch of Polenta Base
1 cup water
2 cups of cooked green lentils
1 tbsp. of Arrowroot powder
1 slice of red onion chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Tools
Stainless steel pot
Measuring cups and spoons
Good knife
Cutting board
Ladle


Instructions
  1. Prepare your Polenta dish and set aside
  2. Put your cooked lentils into a saucepot with water. Turn heat to medium.
  3. Add Arrowroot powder with onions, black pepper, and nutritional yeast.
  4. Stir until the lentil sauce becomes thick.

Serve warm on top of the polenta and top off with your favorite seasonings, like cayenne, garlic pepper etc.
