Another Sprouted Wheat dish

Just Plain Sprout Wheat Cereal

Serves 4

Materials

2 cups of Organic Red Wheat
1 Kale leaf
1 handful of raw sunflower seeds
1 handful of raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of choice organic Granola optional
Raw local honey (See step 5)
2 dashes of cinnamon powder

Tools
Wheat Sprouting Cup of choice
Knife
1/2 measuring cup

Instructions
1    Soak your wheat overnight in sprouting cup
2   Let your wheat sprout for at least three days (30-36)
3   Separate your wheat from the clump and serve one cup into a bowl
4   Add your condiments of choice such as kale, sunflower seeds, granola and don't mix yet.
5   Drizzle about 2 and half heaping spoonfuls of honey over your wheat and seeds then mix it all together until all is coated with the honey. Dash in your cinnamon over your food

Eat and enjoy the honey flavored dish.

The first time that I tried this I had an interesting sensation of lemon zest. It was incredible.

If you have left over sprouted wheat, place those in a airtight container and store in the refrigerator for a later time.
